Airbus Treads Water Amid Corruption Probes

In an extension of its recent travails with international regulatory laws, Airbus has alerted the United States government of several potential American regulatory violations after an internal investigation found “inaccuracies” in its records of defense-export licences. In a letter to employees earlier in October, CEO Tom Enders claimed that the probes were ramping up, and that the company could face stiff penalties if found guilty.
